Time moves slow when it comes to wild, spontaneous, mixed-fermentation and barrel ageing, but we're okay with that. When the World and everyone in it is moving quickly around us, we take solace in slowing things down. After all, its ready when its ready! Barrels fermented with our signature yeast blend, aided by naturally occurring cultures in the fruit and herbs fed into our wild ales, have been ageing for up to three years and are tasting great. We have selected the very best of these barrels from our collection for this exclusive, small batch, five barrel blend. The complexity of semi spontaneous ale aged in oak brings layers of nuanced flavour, reminiscent of white wine that is perfect to drink now and will age beautifully in the bottle

How often do you get new beers?
We get 10 to 15 new kinds of beers every week. What you find this week might be gone next week, but then we got new beers just for you.
