Turtledove DIPA from Fuerst Wiacek packs a punch at 8.0% ABV. It's brewed with a combination of barley malt, wheat malt, and rye malt, along with hops, malt extract, dextrose, and London Ale III yeast. The dry hopping with Citra and Columbus adds a burst of citrus and earthy flavors to this already complex brew. With an OG of 18.5 P, this DIPA has a solid malt backbone that supports the hoppy bitterness and fruity notes.
